Through my experience, I have identified why so many people fail to achieve their goals. From celebrities endorsing weight loss products, fad diets making silly health claims and restricting food groups and the news spreading propaganda, It’s hard to know what to believe. My approach to nutrition and exercise is very no nonsense but flexible. No diets, no fads, no quick fixes, no cutting out what you love or magic foods. Just simple and sustainable health advice, habit and mindset changes.
1to1 personal training is a fun way to get fit. My workouts will be tailored to your current fitness levels, strengths and goals. We will constantly progress workouts and set goals each week so that you will see better results and stay motivated.
My online personal training service will require you to complete a comprehensive consultation questionnaire. Covering important factors such as current and previous lifestyle and eating habits, dietary requirements, medical/injury history and your level of gym experience. This initial consultation helps me to gather all the information I require to fully tailor a program for your needs.
If you are serious about improving your overall health and wellbeing I need your 100% commitment to the programs as I can only help and advise. There is no magic potion available on the web or that I can offer. I need to know that you are happy to adapt your lifestyle habits under my guidance and are willing to put the work in to succeed. From a very young age I participated in sports and physical exercise at a national level. Starting with platform diving then moving onto tennis where I racked up quite a few trophies.
After competing in my sports I moved into martial arts and training in the gym. I became more interested in nutrition and weight training and at the age of 15, I got my first gym membership. I’ve been consistently training ever since.
I qualified as a personal trainer in 2011. Straight away I began working in my local gym. I was paying rent at a pretty steep price back then and it was extremely hard to build a business quick enough to pay the rent off. I decided to go freelance while working 2 other part time jobs. I built my website from scratch and learnt marketing strategies.
Over the years I moved around gyms while building my business and gained lots of experience on the way.
I worked with professional athletes and nutritionists over the years and have undertaken a lot of research on sports science and nutrition, further building my knowledge. This means I can provide a better overall service for my clients providing them with accurate and researched information.
Over the past 8 years my business has grown significantly. I have helped many people achieve their health and fitness goals through online personal training and 1to1 personal training. With my motivation, knowledge and online support through my app you will find achieving your goals a lot easier.
