Online personal training is a great alternative to 1-1 personal training. You will receive all the support and coaching on nutrition and exercise through my app. This will be complemented by weekly or monthly online meetings where we will discuss your habits, mindset and nutrition. I will set you up with a bespoke exercise program with instructional videos and software to track all your progress. This type of training is ideal for those able to workout independently but want additional support and motivation.
