Online Fitness Coaching is a great alternative to 1-1 personal training. Its the same as having a personal trainer but you receive all the support and coaching on nutrition and exercise through my app online. This will be complemented by weekly or monthly online meetings where we will discuss your habits, mindset and nutrition. I will set you up with a bespoke exercise program with instructional videos and software to track all your progress. Whatever your goals are, I can provide weight loss programs or muscle building programs. You will get my full support and accountability on your journey so achieving your health and fitness will feel easier.
Personal training should be fun and motivational. I have trained hundreds of clients over the years and have helped all of them improve their health and fitness. I specialize in weight loss, post op recovery and building strength for older populations. I can come to your home or local park with all equipment provided.
